Sunpack's factories in Dongguan, Shanghai and Wenzhou all operate under the ISO 9001 system and host a Research and Development team of 30. All Sunpack and Xutian products are in European Conformity (CE Certified) ensuring the highest quality standards and levels of safety supported by 24 hour spare parts dispatch.
Our appointment as the authorised distributor of Xutian and Sunpack products provides our Australian and New Zealand clients with quality products, reliability and the peace of mind that comes from a portfolio that has been tested, developed, inspected and approved by thousands of customers around the world, some for over 20 years.
We purchased our first machines from Sunpack / Xutian in 2008 - 16 years and counting. One of them lives a transient life, transported from job to job, being loaded and unloaded after several hours or more on the road, sometimes un-surfaced and usually not in the best shape.
